It’s been a big month of stress March. Often the first thing to fall off the radar, is good food. Here are five simple tips for eating well in the weeks ahead.1️⃣ We eat what we can see — having fruit in plain sight, whether it’s on our desk or in our kitchens — increases us snacking on the fresh stuff!2️⃣ Avoid temptation at the supermarket by making a list, and sticking to it! This will also save money. 3️⃣ Take away food is expensive and often less healthy — batch cook on a Sunday to save time, money and improve your health. Make things like soup, Mexican bean chilli, or risotto. These all reheat well, and if they’re vego they will last 3-4 days in the fridge! 4️⃣ Sometimes when we feel hungry, we’re actually thirsty! Be sure to drink plenty of water, and keep a reusable bottle handy for ease of rehydration! 5️⃣ A hearty breakfast full of fibre and protein will keep you full for longer. Add some yogurt, whole grains and fresh or frozen fruit to give yourself an early boost for the day.
